• Support, maintenance and continuous development of complex network infrastructures • Deployment, configuration and operation of modern firewall systems • Planning, design and implementation of WLAN and LAN networks • Analysis and resolution of network incidents (troubleshooting) • Independent incident and change management in the network environment • Technical leadership and coordination of virtual project teams for network projects • Development and implementation of automation solutions to optimize operational processes • Technical support for our sales teams in the pre-sales process
🎯 Requirements
• Degree (University/FH/ETH/Technical College) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent professional experience • Experience with an IT service provider is an advantage • Strong expertise in perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP and WLAN • Training or certifications from Cisco and Fortinet; optionally HPE or Alcatel‑Lucent • Very strong German (written); good command of English, both written and spoken
