📋 Description

‱ Assume central ownership of customer accounts ‱ Serve as the main point of contact for IT outsourcing ‱ Align service delivery with business value and customer strategy ‱ Implement and optimize IT operations processes ‱ Ensure the stability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of customer contracts ‱ Maintain oversight of Incidents, Problems, and Changes ‱ Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities

🎯 Requirements

‱ Degree in Computer Science (HF/FH) or completed IT apprenticeship with additional business/management training ‱ Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably with an IT provider) ‱ Experience in project management ‱ Ability to translate IT services into business impact ‱ Experience in budget planning and forecasting ‱ Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
