• Prospecting and acquiring new clients for large-scale projects in interior fit-out, construction management, general contracting, and real estate. • Independently manage the entire sales process from prospecting to proposal and closing. • Develop and implement a new-client acquisition strategy. • Take ownership of the customer development phase. • Identify and develop new markets. • Conduct active market analysis.
• Sales-oriented professional with a commercial or technical qualification. • Extensive sales experience, e.g., as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager (m/f/d). • Excellent market knowledge. • Strong written and spoken English skills (advantageous). • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and negotiation abilities. • Willingness to travel within Germany.
