📋 Description

• Support the Sales Manager with quote pricing, preparation and follow-up of quotations • Independent order processing, including checking credit limits and relevant policies • Maintain and manage customer, product and pricing data in SAP and CRM systems • Prepare reports and statistics and support business planning • Ensure documentation and archiving in compliance with legal requirements • Serve as a point of contact for customers and coordinate inquiries and complaints • Participate in projects and support presentations and customer-related matters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk) or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in inside sales or a comparable position • Good SAP knowledge and confident use of MS Office • Knowledge of customs, foreign trade and VAT-related topics is an advantage • Good written and spoken German and English skills • Structured, reliable working style and strong communication skills
