📋 Description

• Define and evolve the architecture of high-load data platforms and services • Architect and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data processing services using Golang • Design and own data flows and storage strategies for multiregional environments • Lead the development of event-driven systems, focusing on low latency and high throughput • Integrate and optimize AI Agents into the engineering workflow • Ensure data consistency, reliability, and observability across the entire stack • Review code and provide technical mentorship to engineers (Golang/TypeScript)

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering • Expert-level Golang: Deep understanding of concurrency patterns, performance tuning, and idiomatic Go • Proven track record with Kafka (including Kafka Connect) and event-driven architectures • Extensive experience building and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines • Hands-on experience using AI agents/LLMs (Claude, Cursor) to speed up development • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ClickHouse (OLAP) • Experience handling multiregional data (latency, residency, and synchronization challenges) • Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading architectural reviews • Solid knowledge of TypeScript for data-related tools or internal platforms • English proficiency — B2+ level
