🎯 Requirements

• A product-minded engineer with 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 year as a senior engineer. • At least 2 years of deep experience with Ruby on Rails • Familiarity with CI/CD, AWS, and modern DevOps tooling. • Strong understanding of SQL, observability (e.g., Datadog, Amplitude), and API design. • Skilled in scaling distributed systems, handling performance, caching, and database optimization. • Comfortable working across the stack and collaborating with product and design to ship great user experiences. • A clear communicator and empathetic teammate who values mentorship and feedback.
