🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivering highly scalable engineering solutions as a software engineer • 2+ years of experience in delivering highly scalable engineering solutions in financial services in a lead IC capacity • Experience with real time data processing frameworks such as Kafka, Flink, or Kinesis • High proficiency working in public cloud, especially AWS and GCP • Deep experience with C++, Go, or Rust • Expert in Terraform, CDK, or other Infrastructure as Code (IAC) platforms • Excellent leadership and communication skills with an ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills • High level of ownership, bias for action, and a desire to empower individuals on the team to perform at their best
