📋 Description

• Execute the design vision and strategy across two product lines, ensuring exceptional user experiences for each product • Lead the complete product design process for both products, from concept through implementation and iteration • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across multiple product workstreams • Implement and maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines for each product, ensuring quality and consistency • Conduct and oversee comprehensive user research and usability testing initiatives • Partner with product managers and engineering teams to align on roadmaps, advocate for user needs, and ensure accurate execution of designs • Identify opportunities for design improvements and system-level efficiencies within each product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, with substantial experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software products • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, systems-level design, and a user-centered approach that has driven measurable business impact • Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma, with deep understanding of design systems and component architecture • Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
