They provide around-the-clock care coordination and in-home medical and end-of-life support for patients and families, and guide users to begin care by selecting their state (Arizona or California).

📋 Description

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers • Verify billing data and correct discrepancies • Process customer payments (cash, checks, electronic transfers) • Maintain accurate financial records and billing files • Reconcile accounts receivable balances • Communicate with customers regarding billing questions or issues • Follow up on outstanding invoices and late payments • Prepare billing reports for management • Assist with month-end closing procedures • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred) • Experience: 1–2 years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred • Skills : Basic knowledge of accounting principles • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information
