📋 Description

• Create and monitor key indicators (KPIs) for the main groups of the income statement (P&L); • Perform variance analyses of budget deviations and propose corrective actions; • Prepare supporting materials and executive presentations for monthly closing meetings; • Prepare the annual budget, participating in meetings with package managers and proposing improvements and adjustments; • Work with IT and business areas to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering; • Experience with the monthly results closing process (income statement / P&L) and budget preparation; • Advanced Excel; • Advanced PowerPoint; • Critical thinking; • Effective communication; • Interpersonal skills (ability to work well with the team and other departments); • Proactivity to seek solutions together with business areas and IT. • **Desired:** • Knowledge of Power BI and/or QlikView; • Experience with SAP ERP; • Involvement in ERP transition projects.
