📋 Description

• Professional leadership of cross-company projects such as rollouts, migrations and transformations of SAP systems • Coordination and communication with internal business units and external service providers to ensure coordinated project execution and smooth operations • Responsible co-design, analysis and optimization of business processes across all departments within the SAP environment • Designing and conducting requirements analyses, workshops and trainings • Project responsibility for company-wide rollouts and change processes • Leading documentation efforts, test management and execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification • Experience in planning and executing projects • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the SAP environment (SAP ECC or S/4HANA), ideally in the Sales area • Strong SAP knowledge and process understanding of classic modules such as SD, MM and FI; experience with CRM systems is an advantage • Strong communication skills; fluent German and good English skills • Team player with a high service orientation and commitment • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
