📋 Description

• Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning sessions for both development teams • Lead daily standups or async alternatives and identify and escalate blockers the same day • Facilitate sprint retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions • Track and close retrospective action items • Create, maintain, and refine epics, stories, and tasks from business requirements • Ensure acceptance criteria and ready status before sprint planning • Enforce consistent tagging, labeling, and status tracking across projects and teams • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for project status, velocity, burndown, and cycle time • Generate weekly or bi-weekly status reports for the Product Team Committee • Maintain a log of dependencies, risks, and blockers across active projects • Follow up on blockers, escalate to owners, and track time to resolution • Identify recurring blocker patterns and flag process improvements • Act as the escalation path between teams and leadership • Serve as the primary communication hub between two geographically distributed development teams • Facilitate knowledge sharing and disseminate best practices • Maintain a shared view of in-flight projects, dependencies, and timelines • Identify and communicate conflicts, overlaps, and misalignment to the Product Team Committee • Connect compliance, operations, development, and leadership in structured discussions • Plan, sequence, and communicate releases across products and projects • Coordinate release readiness, testing sign-offs, and deployment timing • Maintain release schedules and roadmaps • Track and communicate release status to leadership and stakeholders • Schedule and organize product delivery meetings and agile ceremonies • Manage agendas, capture action items and decisions, and distribute notes • Protect team time by enforcing meeting discipline and consolidating communication • Facilitate discussions when compliance or operational requirements affect delivery timelines • Participate as an equal member of the Product Team Committee alongside Product Quality, Engineering, AI, Operations, and Compliance leadership • Translate strategic direction into executable delivery plans and maintain visibility into blockers, risks, and team health

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or equivalent role, or equivalent demonstrated capability in agile delivery coordination • Proven experience running agile ceremonies, including sprints, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Strong Jira proficiency, including creating and managing epics, stories, and tasks; building dashboards; and running reports • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Experience coordinating across geographically distributed teams or matrix organizations • Experience with sprint planning, capacity planning, and velocity-based forecasting • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity in loosely defined situations • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Willingness to ask clarifying questions repeatedly and persist with follow-ups • Willingness to learn and adapt frequently in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred • Experience in regulated industries or software product delivery in a regulated context preferred • Experience with collections software platforms, FDCPA, GLBA, or collections domain knowledge preferred • Familiarity with AI/ML product delivery or automation project workflows preferred • Experience working with distributed or international development teams preferred • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence beyond basic usage preferred • Track record of asking good questions and driving clarity in ambiguous situations preferred • Availability from 9AM to 5PM CST
