📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, regression suites, and testing documentation • Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, integration, and user acceptance testing • Identify, document, reproduce, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution • Work directly with developers to troubleshoot issues, clarify expected behavior, and validate fixes • Participate in requirements and release discussions and provide QA feedback on testability, risks, and readiness • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or comparable frameworks • Identify repetitive, high-value, and regression-prone scenarios suitable for automation • Maintain automated test suites and investigate test failures with developers • Maintain test cases, test results, defect records, release validation documentation, and QA artifacts • Improve QA processes, testing standards, regression coverage, defect-prevention practices, testing workflows, tools, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • Practical experience in software quality assurance or software testing with strong manual testing fundamentals • Understanding of software development and QA life cycles, defect management, test cases, and regression testing • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to collaborate with developers, QA team members, and business stakeholders • Detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple testing activities and priorities • Experience with Playwright or other test automation frameworks is preferred but not required • USB headset with combined microphone and headphones and noise-canceling feature • Cable or fiber internet connection only; DSL, satellite, and wireless connections are not permitted • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload • Wired connection directly to PC or laptop; Wi-Fi/wireless is not allowed
