📋 Description

• Connect internal departments to optimize communication and meet daily demands; • Supervise end-to-end procurement and purchasing flow, removing bottlenecks in the process; • Monitor performance KPIs to support rapid decision-making and continuous improvement; • Act on the front line to resolve issues with an analytical and agile approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; • Experience in purchasing and contracts; • Proven prior experience in supervision, coordination, or senior support of operational and administrative routines; • Hands-on experience monitoring procurement/supplies processes; • Experience in populating and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, database manipulation, and charts); • Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP); • Previous experience in the company’s sector (education, services, etc.); • Basic knowledge of contract management and invoice control; • Extracurricular courses in process improvement, logistics, or data analysis.
