📋 Description
• Connect internal departments to optimize communication and address daily requests; • Supervise the end-to-end purchasing flow, eliminating process bottlenecks; • Monitor performance KPIs to support fast decision-making and continuous improvement; • Act on the front line resolving issues with an analytical and agile profile.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (completed); • Experience in purchasing and contracts; • Proven prior experience in supervision, coordination, or senior support of operational and administrative routines; • Practical experience in monitoring purchasing/supply processes; • Experience in maintaining and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, database manipulation, and charts). • Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP); • Previous experience in the company’s industry (education, services, etc.); • Basic knowledge of contract management and invoice control; • Extracurricular courses in process improvement, logistics, or data analysis.
