• Provide strategic and conceptual support to the head of the department • Analyze complex financial issues and prepare structured decision materials for the department head • Prepare presentations, reports and decision papers for management and committee decisions • Support the further development of financial control and planning processes • Project work and organizational development • Independently manage and coordinate projects within the finance department, particularly in the areas of digitalization, process optimization and organizational development • Implementation and process support for SAP S/4HANA • Contribute to the introduction and further development of SAP S/4HANA in the finance area • Analyze existing finance-related processes and support their development as part of the system migration • Coordinate with business units, IT and internal and external project stakeholders • Coordinate and manage interfaces • Support collaboration between the finance department, other divisions, subsidiaries and internal and external partners • Prepare and support meetings, committee sessions and coordination formats for the department head • Perform business and economic analyses and evaluate relevant key performance indicators • Assist in the preparation of reports, analyses and statistical submissions
• Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling • Initial relevant professional experience (e.g., 2–4 years) in a strategy consultancy, auditing firm, corporate finance department or in a comparable project or staff function • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and experience in structured handling of complex economic issues • Experience in project work or transformation projects, ideally in the context of digitalization or process optimization • Confident handling of SAP systems; initial exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an advantage • Excellent MS Office and PowerPoint skills • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication skills and confident manner when dealing with diverse stakeholders • Team player with a sense of responsibility and a high level of discretion • Willingness to uphold our mission statement and safeguarding framework
