📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to onboard and migrate complex infrastructure onto Unikraft Cloud • Troubleshoot, refine, and ensure the performance and reliability of customer deployments • Use Docker, Dockerfiles, and Linux-based systems to support and scale infrastructure • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and integration • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap • Work across diverse environments and languages throughout the customer adoption lifecycle • Help shape the user experience, core infrastructure, product direction, and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with containers, Docker, Dockerfiles, Linux, and CI/CD design • Excellent debugging and optimization skills • Customer-focused mindset • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams • Computer science or equivalent background • Ability to learn fast and adapt to different runtimes, build systems, and environments, including Rust, Node, Go, Python, and C++ • Familiarity with OCI standards, QEMU/KVM, Firecracker, and Cloud-Hypervisor is a plus • Direct customer-facing experience is a plus
