📋 Description

• Develop and strengthen the innovation ecosystem of the Unimed System • Promote strategic connections between Unimeds, startups, partners and market stakeholders • Act as a facilitator of the innovation community, identifying business opportunities • Foster open innovation across Unimeds in Brazil • Support the development and delivery of workshops to promote intrapreneurship • Implement and manage an innovation funnel • Participate in innovation events and initiatives both within Unimeds and externally • Be responsible for implementing the internal innovation culture at Unimed Brazil • Prepare presentations for project management plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields • Experience with innovation ecosystems, startups, communities, or open innovation programs • Ability to build relationships and connect diverse stakeholders • Strong communication skills, ability to influence, and experience leading groups and events • Business acumen and the ability to identify value-creation opportunities • Organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
