📋 Description

• Ensure that documented information (policies, management guidelines, work instructions, etc.) required by the integrated management system is adequate and sufficient for employees' use and supports decision-making. • Critically analyze monitoring and measurement results of tactical and operational indicators to assess the performance and effectiveness of the integrated management system. • Conduct internal audits to ensure the integrated management system is effectively implemented, based on the requirements of certifiable standards ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and RN 507, as well as the organization's own requirements. • Support and follow external audits of the integrated management system (certification and maintenance) to assist business areas in presenting evidence of compliance for the organization's certifications. • Hold recurring alignment meetings with business areas, acting as change agents, to evaluate the adequacy and sufficiency of compliance evidence for maintaining the organization's certifications and to prepare stakeholders for internal and external audits. • Organize and lead quality forums with superintendents, managers and quality champions to raise awareness of how their actions contribute to the effectiveness of the integrated management system, including the benefits of improved performance and the implications of nonconformity with organizational requirements and certifications. • Critically assess the effectiveness of corrective actions arising from nonconformities and opportunities for improvement related to internal and external audits, indicator measurement, process execution, customer complaints, and other sources. • Act as a quality champion to promote best management practices and process improvements to develop team members. • Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are within the candidate's qualifications, knowledge and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or related fields. • Preferred: specialization courses or MBA in Quality Management, Productivity, etc. • Training in interpretation of RN 507 and/or ISO 9001. • Internal auditor training course. • Knowledge of quality tools (Ishikawa/fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, 5W2H, etc.). • Knowledge in action plan management, indicators/KPIs and auditing.
