📋 Description

• The Specialist will be responsible for the complete Orthopaedic Trauma & Extremities portfolios in your Accounts in the West of Ireland. • The working environment will be mainly in the Operating Theatre. • Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial enquires. • Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships. • Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis. • Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility. • Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential through your contact with Customers, Colleagues, and the Companies who Uniphar Medtech represents in the Irish Market. • Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace. • Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings both in Ireland and elsewhere.

🎯 Requirements

• A Technical Qualification and an aptitude for learning new Surgical Technologies. • A minimum of 3+ years’ successful track record in medical sales or technology service in the hospital environment is desirable, also experience in Medical device manufacturing & design will be considered. • Candidates must have the ability to be comfortable working in the Hospital Operating Room environment. • Role requires both Technical and Sales Skills, with a primary focus on Customer Service & Patient Safety. • High reliance on drive and planning/organisational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills: Customer focused with strong influencing skills • Good administrative and computing skills • Commercially aware, be able to manage a complex business. • Self-motivated and team player
