📋 Description

• Design and develop regression, classification, and heuristic models; • Gather relevant information and data, and perform analysis and preprocessing of the datasets to be used in solution development; • Prepare and present KPIs and actionable insights to clients based on data studies and analyses; • Provide client support for proposed or deployed solutions and assist in interpreting their results; • Produce technical reports for clients detailing the studies and results from data analysis and modeling; • Translate technical presentations for audiences with varying levels of expertise, emphasizing appropriate storytelling; • Conceptually and technically validate adopted solutions with the Data Science team; • Assist clients in identifying opportunities in open-scope projects, designing the project roadmap according to priorities, desired outcomes, and business value; • Support analysts by overseeing day-to-day activities, resolving technical questions and client business-related issues; • Promote and guide best practices and development standards; • Propose optimizations and innovations in modeling processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with Python and/or R for Data Science; • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills; • Knowledge and hands-on experience in descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, and regression and classification techniques; • Theoretical knowledge of statistics; • Experience in data manipulation and preprocessing; • Knowledge of SQL; • Familiarity with Python packages (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn) and/or R packages (tidyverse, tidymodels, ggplot2);
