📋 Description

• The Unison team is looking for an accomplished associate to become an integral member of the legal team. With a keen interest in M&A and corporate transactions the general counsel will implement tools and processes that support strategic transactions. • Reporting to the Managing Director, Legal, this key role will interact with executive leadership and the core business operations team. • The ideal candidate will have the drive to independently see complex projects through to completion, while maintaining the flexibility and professionalism vital to succeed in a dynamic environment. • The Job: • M&A transactions, structuring and restructuring operations and, in general, attending to Luxembourg corporate law matters • Strategically advising executive leadershipon public takeovers, private M&A, ECM, complex joint ventures, disposals, and general commercial issues, and/or governance issue transactions • Managing project delivery appropriately • Drafting, reviewing and amending documentation • Legal research • Required Education and Experience: • Qualified lawyer, with 3-6 years of experience within Corporate M&A • Strong technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding M&A • Sound experience of operating at associate level within a complex international organization • Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice • Personal Attributes: • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. • Outstanding analytical skills • Respect for colleagues and sense of humor

🎯 Requirements
