• Address all employer health benefit issues for Employee Benefits clients • Resolve enrollment and termination issues • Act as liaison with insurance advocacy partners and insurance carriers • Maintain a full book of business while providing service • Utilizes Microsoft Applications
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of work experience (claims resolution, benefits administration, health insurance customer service, etc.) • College degree preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
