📋 Description

• Provides ongoing Systems Administration support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components for Linux environments. • Remediation of daily incident tickets, system compliance, system run enhancement, testing, staging, policy/procedure enhancement, client contact coordination, and operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues on Linux systems. • Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems. • Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers. • Daily monitoring of network systems, proactively ensuring functionality, connectivity, and load balance. • Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults, inconsistencies, and systemic issues.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. • Working expertise in Linux systems administration. • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. • U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.
