📋 Description

• Support end-to-end activation of marquee programs and thought leadership campaigns • Track, report, coordinate, and manage project timelines and deliverables • Optimize operational efficiencies using project management tools and collaboration technology • Manage campaign plans, creative assets, and strategic messaging across the enterprise • Support projects through the campaign lifecycle from conception to execution • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items • Gather campaign performance metrics and create reports to show campaign impact and ROI • Draft and distribute regular stakeholder updates on campaign progress • Conduct research on competitive campaigns, industry trends, and best practices • Maintain a central repository for campaign assets, messaging documents, and research • Work closely with the Global Campaign Strategy Lead and enterprise teams within Marketing & Communications

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or project management • Experience with marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting • Strong project management and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field • Familiarity with marketing campaign strategies and best practices • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines • Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and other project management tools) • Self-starter who can professionally coordinate with internal clients and leaders • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across levels and functions • High energy level and can-do spirit, able to work in a fast-paced matrixed professional services structure • Deep intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to all levels of the company • Eligible for any required U.S. Government export-control authorizations
