📋 Description

• Be the Voice of the customer (VoC) and their internal advocate • Deliver added value services through our offerings • Identify and drive new sales opportunities in cooperation with sales colleagues • Serve as the primary contact in the customer success organization • Create and manage a customer success plan alongside the account manager • Develop and provide virtual business reviews with C-level executives

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch speaking • experience in a similar customer centric role generating cloud software customer value • excellent communication and relationship management skills • familiarity with customer engagement technologies • experience working within ERP, HCM and/or financial planning software industries is a plus • availability to travel as necessary (up to 20%)
