📋 Description

• Lead the engineering effort behind Public Sector integration initiatives within the Source-to-Contract area • Manage Development Teams while working together with Product Management • Own product deliverables and ensure quality software is delivered in a timely manner • Work closely with Product Management to create solutions satisfying business and customer requirements • Manage career development, training, hiring, daily follow-up and staff management • Coach and stimulate team members to work with Scrum and succeed in their daily work • Ensure engineering best practices, quality standards, security and operational excellence • Own the recruitment process for the area/product • Ensure team members receive regular personal reviews and development support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration • Preferred experience in managing development teams • Good understanding of the software engineering process, its roles and responsibilities • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Strong IT and specifically software development background • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Security clearance may be required for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data • May require disclosure of criminal record declaration, right to work, personal identification and work history for background checks
