📋 Description

• Support planning and execution of Unit4 customer events, internal events, roadshows and strategic global event initiatives • Coordinate project plans, timelines, task trackers, budgets, suppliers and stakeholder communications • Support venue sourcing, supplier coordination, procurement administration and contract review processes • Coordinate event branding, signage, production, AV, registration experiences and onsite logistics • Support agenda development, speaker coordination, customer showcase planning and engagement activities • Help deliver onsite event experiences through preparation, operational coordination and issue escalation • Support post-event reporting, attendee feedback collection, lessons learned and event performance tracking • Support selected third-party conferences, trade shows and sponsorships • Assist with booth logistics, branding, lead capture readiness, supplier coordination and onsite support • Support event activation plans, attendee engagement activities and post-event lead management follow-up • Collaborate across regions and balance team workload • Share learnings, supplier insights, templates and process improvements • Contribute to continuous improvement of event processes, reporting, templates and operational standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in events, event marketing, marketing operations or project coordination • Ideally experience within a B2B software or technology environment • Experience supporting customer events, trade shows, conferences or roadshows from planning through delivery • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines • Experience working in a global or matrixed marketing organization • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset • Familiarity with event platforms and marketing tools such as Cvent, Dynamics, Marketo, Asana and Microsoft Office, or similar tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and escalate risks, decisions or blockers when needed • Willingness to travel when required • Willingness to support events outside standard working hours where needed
