📋 Description

• Support daily Procurement functions and ensure smooth supply chain processes • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents • Support vendor evaluation and selection through market research and data analysis • Collaborate with team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities • Support team members with procurement and supply management requests related to their categories • Promote, provide guidance on, and ensure compliance with the Global Procurement Policy and associated processes • Independently manage one or more spending categories with team support • Conduct intermediate-level financial analysis of tender responses for presentation to the senior team and Global Head of Procurement • Keep the Procurement Source to Contract platform updated for contracts and supplier management • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes • Update and improve the Procurement intranet site • Learn and contribute from Day 1

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar position • Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and techniques • Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving • Ability to articulate and recommend effective solutions • Ability to work both independently and in a close-knit team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience handling complex data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from beginning to end • Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices • Familiarity with supplier management and vendor relationships is preferred • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Positive attitude and can-do mindset • Fluency in English, written and spoken • Potential ability to satisfy security clearance, right-to-work, identification, and work-history checks for customer projects
