📋 Description

• Own the Professional Services product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap • Align the roadmap with Unit4's platform strategy and commercial growth targets • Define feature outcomes, adoption goals, usage goals, customer impact goals, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria • Serve as the internal authority on the Professional Services vertical • Lead a prioritized product backlog with dedicated engineering capacity • Translate PSO market knowledge into product requirements, opportunity sizing, problem statements, and build-vs-partner decisions • Define industry-specific solution blueprints, reference configurations, and pre-built templates • Represent PSO requirements in planning conversations with horizontal product teams • Partner on launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and field enablement • Engage strategic customers and the PS Industry Board to validate roadmap direction and co-innovate • Monitor competitors including NetSuite, Workday, Deltek, and Kantata • Work with partners to extend the value proposition for PSO customers • Define and maintain the professional services industry roadmap • Translate workflows and pain points into product requirements across ERP modules • Gather and validate requirements through customer interviews, market research, and regulatory analysis • Champion AI, automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and decision augmentation • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, UX, engineering, and operations teams • Monitor competitive offerings, market shifts, and compliance trends • Support discovery, validation, and launch activities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience building enterprise software—ERP, PSA, or enterprise SaaS—for professional services organizations • Experience shipping products used by professional services organizations • Deep operational knowledge of PSO operations, including pipeline-to-resource-to-revenue, utilization, leverage economics, engagement profitability, billing models, and partner/shareholder economics • Strong command of project accounting and billing, project planning and execution, time and expense management, and resource planning • Clear point of view on AI’s impact on professional services business models and ERP requirements • Commercial orientation and understanding of ARR, win rate, and customer retention • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at C-suite and practitioner levels • Experience in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms • Deep understanding of professional services business models, including project-based delivery, utilization, billing, scheduling, and compliance • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment • Ability to translate complex industry needs into scalable product solutions • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience with ERP or PSA platforms • Familiarity with mid-market services firms and their operational challenges • Familiarity with AI-driven or data-rich product environments • May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects and sensitive customer data
