📋 Description
• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for HR & Compensation modules • Translate market requirements into specifications for Engineering, UX, and Test • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders • Manage the feature backlog, balancing business priority versus technical feasibility • Present product vision to executive leadership and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience • Solid understanding of HR processes • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • Strong grounding in product management methodology • Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap based on data
