📋 Description

• Shape and drive the development of Financials solutions • Maximize the value of the product by managing the product backlog • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Provide tactical insights and historical data from previous projects • Represent customer needs, priorities, and constraints in decisions • Manage detailed requirements and user stories • Collaborate with UX and engineering to develop prototypes • Manage sprint planning and team-level backlog refinement • Ensure features are developed as per requirements • Monitor post-release performance metrics and gather feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or expense management • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Proficiency in product management tools such as Figma • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration • Solid understanding of expense management processes and financial regulations • Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles • Experience with expense management systems or financial software • Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO) preferred • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
