📋 Description

• Conduct research and perform data analysis supporting the development and review of finance and operational policies, procedures, and guidelines • Assist with collecting, validating, and analyzing financial data and information • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other financial and operational documentation • Assist in coordinating and documenting meetings, including agendas, minutes, correspondence, presentations, and communication materials • Support maintenance and enhancement of the Finance Intranet, including content management and user-experience improvements • Support training activities, internal knowledge networks, and the community of practice • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor • Gain practical experience in financial management processes within an international organization

🎯 Requirements

• University studies in Finance, Business Administration, or another related area • Be in the final year of undergraduate study, enrolled in a graduate degree programme, or within two years post-graduation from a bachelor's, master's, or PhD programme • Attention to detail and accuracy • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools is an advantage • Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team • Excellent written and oral English communication skills • Working knowledge of another UN language is an advantage • Submit a completed UNU P11 Form • Provide a motivation statement in the P11 form • Provide two recommendation letters • UNU does not sponsor a working visa for this position
