• Support the delivery of an area within a specific section of the Works • Responsible for all construction and related activities, reporting to the Senior Build Manager • Logistics planning and implementation in collaboration with the site-wide logistics team • Programming and planning, monitoring and close out of authorities’ obligations and conditions • Client liaison • Recommend temporary measures to mitigate against safety and/or quality concerns • Take appropriate and proportionate action to avoid the cessation of work • Monitor works on-site and record findings in a construction daily site log • Escalate any issues/concerns via detailed reports • Proactively communicate/coordinate with site functions (H&S, quality, etc.)
