• Post award contract administration including ensuring payment applications and invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner • Timely provision of commercial/ contract deliverables such as bonds, PCGs, evidence of insurance and reporting • Development, implementation, and maintenance of project commercial plans including commercial strategy, subcontracting commercial strategy, and profit improvement plans • Regular cost analysis to: i) maximize recoverable costs, ii) minimize disallowable costs, iii) identify areas for cost saving, and iv) ensure adequate cost accruals and provisions are in place • Preparation of project cashflow forecasts, expenditure, invoice preparation, and expediting of payments in accordance with client contract requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred) • Substantial demonstrated experience within a QS or Senior QS role preferably gained from a transmission and distribution overhead lines background although not essential • Working knowledge of NEC contracts • Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures • Proven experience in contract administration including change management
