📋 Description
• Build and deploy AI agents for internal tools and customer-facing use cases • Experiment with frontier and open-source models (e.g., Claude, GPT-based models, and emerging frameworks) • Rapidly prototype ideas, test performance, and iterate based on results • Integrate AI models with APIs, workflows, and business systems • Research and apply new AI tools, libraries, and agent frameworks as they emerge • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency or automation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (completed or in progress) • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python • Experience working with APIs and basic backend integration • Demonstrated curiosity in AI/ML through personal projects, experiments, or coursework • High ownership mindset — able to take vague problems and build solutions independently • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with minimal structure • Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset • Nice to Have: Experience building personal AI projects, bots, or automation tools • Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks • Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment tools • GitHub portfolio or live projects
