• Conduct professional outbound calls to US retail merchants • Identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities • Present our value proposition convincingly • Schedule quality appointments for our sales team • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system • Meet or exceed monthly appointment targets • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates
• Minimum 2 years of appointment setting or outbound sales experience • Proven track record in B2B sales environment (2+ years) • Demonstrated strong work ethic and consistent performance history • Professional phone presence and excellent English communication skills • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Experience in payment processing or merchant services (preferred) • History of exceeding sales targets (preferred) • Background in consultative B2B sales (preferred) • Experience with US market customers (preferred)
