• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner within a B2C product company (payment orchestrator or PSP background, not banking operations) • Hands-on, practical experience with payment routing, cascading, and Approval Rate optimization (initials & rebills) • Practical understanding of card processing, Apple Pay, and Google Pay • Solid understanding of PCI DSS principles • Experience running A/B tests and using data to drive product decisions • Ability to write clear technical specs that a developer can build from • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
