• Master’s degree in English, Communications, Technical/Professional Writing, Rhetoric & Composition, or a closely related field. • Online teaching experience. • Strong record of supporting adult learners, first-generation students, or diverse learning needs. • Expertise in college writing, business communication, composition, or technical writing. • Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback grounded in best practices of writing instruction. • Comfortable using AI-supported learning tools, including formative feedback systems and rubric-based evaluation. • Committed to access, inclusion, and removing barriers for nontraditional learners.
