📋 Description

• Prepare quarterly transfer pricing calculations, journal entries, and invoicing • Prepare and drive process innovation in transfer pricing operations (quarterly TP calculations, IC invoice creation, IC agreement maintenance) • Support and manage all transfer pricing documentation, including CbCR, assisted by external advisers • Support tax provision calculations for both US GAAP and statutory financial reporting • Support global income tax audits, dispute resolutions, and other controversies • Assist with various special tax projects (M&A, Pillar Two, expense allocation, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Highly organized individual with a proven ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in transfer pricing operations • Forward-thinking, quick learner of technology and systems, including, but not limited to, Workday, MS Office, Google Suite, Alteryx, AI, etc. • Experience in a Big 4 and/or a publicly traded multinational company focused on transfer pricing and/or international tax • Self-starter with drive and team player • Advanced degree in economics, tax, or accounting from a top university • Ability to accurately identify problems and apply efficient problem-solving skills to drive resolution • Transfer pricing and technology enthusiast who seeks to streamline operations
