🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Team Lead in software development, with a track record of successful projects and team leadership • You enjoy driving initiatives proactively and solving problems • Strong knowledge of Python and Linux • Deep understanding of agility and the roles within agile development • English is no problem for you, both spoken and written • Ability to think and act strategically with a future-oriented perspective • Your communication is appreciative and supportive, while also clear and demanding • You are motivated and able to build high-performing teams
