We're not just about business—we believe that "no money, no mission" means the better we do our job, the more lives these practices can change. • You’ll function as a Senior Marketing Designer—from strategy to execution, across the following key areas: Website Creation & Optimization, Graphic Design, Marketing Materials & Event Support, Email Marketing & Funnels, SEO Optimization, Content Creation, Social Media & CRM, Innovate and Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing marketing as a solo contributor or in a Marketing Director-style capacity. • Strong background in graphic design, content creation, and web development. • Excellent time management and executive functioning skills. • A co-creator mindset—someone who brings ideas to the table and can work independently while keeping leadership informed. • Comfort using and exploring AI tools and marketing technology. • Familiarity with the private healthcare or service industry is a plus.
