📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to business areas on compensation-related matters, ensuring adherence to the company’s internal policies and practices. • Support managers and client areas in people-movement processes, including promotions, merit increases, transfers, job classifications and organizational structuring. • Contribute analyses, studies and recommendations to support strategic compensation projects. • Conduct headcount budget analyses, monitoring movements, hires, terminations and financial impacts related to payroll and organizational structure. • Support the development, maintenance and application of policies, guidelines and programs for fixed and variable compensation. • Prepare reports, metrics and executive presentations to support decision-making. • Interface with different areas of the company, such as Business Partners, Personnel/Payroll, Finance and business leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting or related fields. • Advanced Excel skills. • Experience in compensation, organizational structure and personnel movements. • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer and/or WTW (Towers Watson). • Experience with headcount budgeting and analysis of financial impacts related to organizational structure.
