📋 Description
• Draft and negotiate international contracts requested by the commercial and product teams. • Manage external law firms. • Identify risks for internal assessments. • Oversee legal department activities. • Review new products and services. • Liaise with other legal areas and the regulatory team.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (JD or equivalent). • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Experience with international contracts. • Advanced English — will conduct meetings with various countries in English. • Preferred: • Experience at an institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil. • Knowledge of payment methods, fintechs, investment funds, and insurance. • Fluent Spanish. • Experience with operations in Latin America.
