📋 Description

• Monitoring court deadlines and case movements in various courts; • Drafting procedural pleadings (such as initial petitions, defenses, appeals, and other filings); • Participation in civil hearings; • Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts; • Preparing legal opinions and memoranda for internal teams; • Preparing reports and updating internal spreadsheets; • Assessing and forecasting legal risks related to litigation; • Drafting responses to extrajudicial notices; • Monitoring and responding to official correspondence; • Providing support to internal stakeholders and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree; • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems; • Strong knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure; • Experience in strategic civil litigation; • Experience drafting and reviewing contracts; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; • Analytical skills and proactivity; • Experience working in fintechs and/or startups is a plus.
