📋 Description
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in product development, from discovery to delivery; • Work to strengthen the design culture both within and beyond the team; • Propose processes, methods and usability best practices; • Conduct and monitor research aimed at product improvements and evolution, based on data analysis; • Design wireframes, interaction models and mockups; • Create and validate low- and high-fidelity prototypes; • Deliver screen specifications for developers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Digital Interfaces or related fields • Knowledge of interface design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin or similar • Knowledge of Design Thinking and UX/UI • Experience creating layouts for mobile and desktop applications • Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping • Experience with user behavior analysis tools • Multidisciplinary, proactive mindset • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
