📋 Description

• Monitor daily gaming operations, including game performance and system functionality. • Assist in managing customers' accounts, including account verification and basic issue resolution. • Monitor and escalate suspicious activity in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention policies. • Support bonus setup, promotions, and campaign execution. • Prepare daily operational and performance reports. • Coordinate with customer support, payments, risk, and technical teams to resolve operational issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Assist in game content updates and back-office system management. • Support incident reporting and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Bahasa are required, while proficiency in Chinese is an additional advantage. • 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or online platforms (Gaming experience is a plus). • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. • Good understanding of online platforms and basic technical systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
