📋 Description
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve service reliability • Use AI tools for automation, troubleshooting, and operational analysis • Administer complex Microsoft-based web hosting configurations • Create and maintain runbooks and automation documentation • Participate in on-call support for SaaS environments
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability, platform engineering, or cloud operations • Hands-on experience with production AWS environments • Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions • Strong understanding of responsible AI practices • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
