📋 Description

• You create creatives for social media channels (static images, videos) for some of the most exciting brands on the market • Contribute creative ideas to elevate our social media ads to the next level • Analyze the performance of our videos and work closely with our performance marketing team to achieve optimal results • Bring our videos to life with professional overlays and engaging animations, including calls-to-action and end cards • Research current trends and best practices in social media marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for video editing and marketing • Experience in editing social ads (optional: a degree or comparable training in media design, marketing or similar) — skills are more important than your degree • Agency experience in e-commerce • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro • Experience with After Effects is a plus • An eye for detail and aesthetics in visuals, sound and music selection • Ability to combine creative cutting/editing with direct-response marketing principles • Independent, structured and reliable working style • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
