âą Establish effective sales development strategies that scale as our team grows âą Demonstrate a strong business case for Carhoot through a consultative and value-driven sales process âą Meet and exceed your sales goals through forging relationships with key decision makers within target individual and corporate accounts with the end goal of securing new business and growing overall client revenue âą Identify, prioritize, and track progress towards key account metrics and annual quota âą Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle âą Recruit, hire train and manage additional Sales reps to scale our team âą Track sales numbers and report frequently on overall success âą Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction âą Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short and long-term
âą 3+ years experience at Sales roles with experience in high growth startups or corporates in the region âą Consistent achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory closing service offerings âą Industry expertise either in automotive, car dealerships, insurance, service organisations, or technology companies. âą Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions âą Passion for Carhoot and a strong motivation to bring in new customers to maximize revenue âą Drive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic âą Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results âą An entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing business âą Ability to play well with others on our team through collaboration and sharing of best practices âą Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM or automation tools âą Experience building a sales process and managing a highly effective team to deliver the same.
